Client: TEDCO Business Support is a leading provider of start-up support and help for early stage growing businesses in the North East.
Project: We were commissioned to undertake two market research studies, providing intelligence to help TEDCO improve its market position. The first involved an in-depth survey of existing and potential SME customers, exploring future demand for TEDCO’s investment readiness and access to finance services, provided through Virgin Money and the Regional Growth Fund. The second involved working with key stakeholders and influencers in the North East and UK business support markets (including Government bodies, funders, and other business support providers) to explore awareness and perceptions of TEDCO in the market.
Impact: The results from our research were used by TEDCO’s Board and management team to refine its service offerings, and to inform a stakeholder engagement campaign aimed at further raising the profile of the organisation.
